1. No Response When Tapping "Watch Ad"

First, check which platform you are using. If you are using the mobile app, please ensure that you have the latest version by checking the app store. Also, if you have an ad blocker enabled, it may interfere with the ad-watching function, so please disable it.

If you are using the PC or browser version, unfortunately, the web version does not currently support ad-watching. You will need to download the app to continue conversations. We do plan to add this feature to the web version in the future, but we cannot provide a specific timeline at this moment.

If you wish to continue chatting on PC, you can subscribe to the "MoguMogu Pass" in the app and use the web version.

2. Unable to Create a Character

If you are using the app version, especially on iOS, please first check if you have updated to the latest version in the app store. Additionally, ensure that the app has permission to access your photo album. If the app cannot access your album, you will not be able to upload an icon.

3. The Character Does Not Respond in the Desired Language

AI chat responses are influenced by the language used in the chat history. If you want to change the response language, try starting a new chat or manually editing the AI’s response to match your desired language.

4. What is "My Settings"?

"My Settings" refers to personal profile information related to the user. This information is shared with the AI chat characters. For example, if you set "I am a vampire" in your profile, the chat character will recognize that they are speaking to a vampire.

5. How can I Obtain Rice?

To continue chatting for free on MoguChat, you will need to use rice.

1. You can receive rice as a daily login bonus. However, this rice must be used on the same day, as it expires by the next day.

2. If you do not subscribe to the "MoguMogu Pass" but wish to continue using the service, you may receive rice by watching ads. This rice also has an expiration period, so please be mindful of that.

3. Paid packs of "Onigiri" can also be converted into rice. Onigiri does not expire, but once converted into rice, the rice will have an expiration period.

6. How can I delete my account?

You may delete your account under "Profile" -> "Support" -> "Delete account". Please note that all of your chat histories will be deleted.
